1. Eligibility

2. Description of Services
Badaud.io provides:
- Digital products such as vocal presets for FL Studio and other DAWs
- Mixing and mastering services for audio tracks
- A beat marketplace where third-party vendors can upload and sell their beats
- A platform for audio professionals to showcase and sell their work
3. Vendor Marketplace Terms
Badaud.io allows users to register as vendors to sell beats on our platform.
a. Commission
We retain a 25% commission on every beat sale. The vendor receives 75% of the total sale price.
b. Payouts
Vendor earnings are distributed via PayPal or another payment method provided during onboarding. Payments are typically issued monthly or upon reaching a minimum payout threshold. We are not liable for payout delays due to incorrect information provided by vendors.
c. Content Ownership
Vendors retain full ownership of the beats they upload. However, by uploading, you grant Badaud.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, market, and deliver your content to customers.
d. Licensing Terms
Vendors are responsible for specifying the licensing rights of each beat (e.g., exclusive, non-exclusive, lease terms). Badaud.io is not liable for misrepresented licenses.
e. Prohibited Content
Vendors may not upload:
- Content they do not own or have rights to
- Copyright-infringing material
- Hateful, obscene, illegal, or malicious content
Violations will result in content removal and possible account termination.
4. Digital Products
All purchases of vocal presets and other digital files are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of a broken download or incorrect product delivery.
Digital downloads are provided immediately after payment unless stated otherwise.
5. Mixing & Mastering Services
Customers who book mixing and/or mastering services must provide:
- Clear audio files
- Accurate instructions
- Any relevant deadlines or references
Delivery times may vary. No refunds are provided for services once work has begun, unless the work is not delivered at all or violates the agreement.
6. User Accounts
To access certain features (such as vendor tools), you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
Badaud.io is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, layouts, original presets, text, and visuals, is the property of Badaud.io or its licensors and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or sell any content without written permission.
Vendor content remains the property of the original uploader, subject to their license agreements.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Badaud.io to:
- Engage in illegal activity
- Violate the rights of others
- Upload viruses or malicious software
- Reverse-engineer or scrape our website
- Interfere with the platform’s operation or security
Violation may lead to suspension or permanent ban.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
