Digital Products
All vocal presets, sample packs, and other digital downloads are delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products:
- All sales are final and non-refundable once the product is downloaded or accessed.
- We do not offer refunds for digital products if you simply change your mind.
- If you experience technical difficulties downloading or accessing a product, please contact us immediately at support@badaud.io for assistance.
Mixing & Mastering Services
For our mixing and mastering services:
- Payment is required upfront before work begins.
- Refunds are not offered for services that have been started.
- If a service is not delivered at all or is significantly different from the agreed scope, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a resolution.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a corrupted, faulty, or incorrect digital product due to our error:
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
- We will investigate and may offer a replacement download or a refund at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be made by emailing support@badaud.io with your order number and details of the issue.
